研究方向 Research Interests

长期致力于热带植物和海洋微藻的比较基因组学与功能基因组学研究,研究领域包括利用测序新技术辅助和改善基因组组装;功能性基因组结构变异鉴定;开发分子遗传标记辅助经济作物育种;多组学联合挖掘植物重要功能基因并解析其生物学机制。

个人简介Brief

长期从事基因组学与生物信息学方向的研究,特别是热带植物和海洋微藻的比较基因组学与功能基因组学的数据挖掘、分析流程开发和下游功能验证等基础研究工作。独立承担本科生《科技写作与文献检索》和《生物化学实验》等课程,参与《细胞生物学》福建省一流本科课程和五类“金课”建设项目。主持国家自然科学基金、福建省自然基金、省(市)级科技特派员、省教育厅基金等10余项目,作为第二主要参与人参与国家(部委)级项目和省面上基金5项,作为其他参与人参加国家级、省(厅)级、企事业等项目5项。已在《Nature Genetics》、《Plant Biotechnology Journal》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《BMC Genomics》、《Algal Research》等国内外著名刊物发表学术论文近40篇,其中第一或通讯作者(含同等贡献)SCI论文11篇(含6Q1)、中文核心论文6篇。
