个人简介  Brief

刘金养,中国科学技术大学理学博士,硕士生导师。近年来一直从事一直从事二维纳米结构的设计、生长、器件加工和性能调控等研究。发展了快速物理气相沉积法,已成功生长Sb2Se3纳米带、Sb2S3纳米带、六边形GeSe纳米片、方形SnS纳米片等一系列各向异性二维纳米材料,构建出一系列基于各向异性二维材料的偏振光电探测,并进行相关各向异性光电性能研究,在二维材料的各向异性表征、分析、应用等方面已具备较强的科研工作能力,先后在Nat.Commun.ACSAppl. Mater. Interfaces, Nanoscle, Carbon, Cryst. Growth Des., J.Phys. Chwm. C等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI论文近30篇,被NatureCommunicationACSnanoNanoscale等引用近400余次,单篇最高引用达59次;以第一发明人申请发明专利8项,其中3项已获得授权。
